Rate Card

Last updated May 9th 2025.

The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. local, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual addendum:

  • a rate of $145 per hour will be charged for technician level support
  • a rate of $195 per hour will be charged for engineer level support
  • a rate of $250 per hour will be charged for all training
  • a rate of $225 per hour will be charged for all project management
  • a rate of $450 per hour will be charged for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services.
  • a rate of $500 per hour will be charged for consulting with our CEO
  • a rate of $50 per recording will be charged for voiceover services
  • a rate of $125 per new VoIP phone setup
  • a rate of $25 per hard drive destruction
  • a rate of $375 per computer will be charged for all New Computer Setups
  • a rate of $495 per hour for Incident Response

Note: After hours will be billed at a time and a half the normal billable rate.

Note: Holidays will be billed at double time the normal billable rate - Holiday Schedule

Note: All onsite work is billed at a minimum of two (2) hours and then fifteen (15) minute increments after that, if not under a Managed Services contract that includes onsite support.
